On January 15th, 2013 The Safe Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act was passed in New York State. The law contains approximately 70 pages of regulations and restrictions in regard to firearms and ammunition.
This law is unconstitutional. The second amendment of the US constitution states,
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
One need not be a lawyer or justice of the court to see that this law violates the principles set forth by the supreme law of the land, the US Constitution.
